Devasthali Goa

The lush green acres of the Devasthali estate in Goa sit on the gentle slopes of a hill side in a scenic valley. Dotted with natural springs, the land is bounded by a fresh water stream which meanders through a paddy field to meet the sea at the Hollant beach just 800 meters away. This small hill station is only about 3 kms from the airport and one of the primmest real estate in Goa.
Devasthali has pioneered the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) in India where privately owned residences are integrated with high end holiday resorts. The residences are managed by Devasthali as a holiday resort on revenue sharing basis. The first phase was inaugurated in 2010 in association with Best Western - the world's largest hotel chain , with studios, 1BHK and 2BHK apartments.
